Spring Pour – Wine Gathering at Windy Hill

 Wine Gathering is our monthly celebration of community, thoughtful food, and distinctive wines at Windy Hill Farm and Preserve. Each evening centers on a specific wine-making style and is paired with a chef-driven set menu designed to complement and elevate every glass.

We begin Ways of Wine with a focus on freshness. This evening explores wine-making styles that preserve vibrancy and clarity through stainless steel fermentation, minimal oak, and early harvesting techniques.

Expect bright whites, lively rosés, and cool-climate selections paired with a four-course menu from Wilder inspired by the season. Held at The Granary, Spring Pour celebrates renewal in both vineyard and field.
