Driving DirectionsTake exit 81, Lenoir City, off I-75.
Turn onto Hwy 321 N. (heading toward Smoky Mountains).
Follow Hwy 321 N. 2.5 miles to the intersections at Hwy 321. Stay in the middle lane and proceed straight through the intersection.
Travel 0.4 mile and turn right at the Lenoir City Park /Ft. Loudoun Dam Overlook entrance. At the Y split, veer left.
Travel 0.4 mile to the Fort Loudoun Dam Overlook on the right.
Proceed .01 mile to the scenic overlook on the right, and then continue 0.5 mile to the Fort Loudon Marina entrance on the right (first driveway).
The pontoon boat rentals are past Calhoun’s Restaurant in the smaller building with a blue roof. After your day on the lake, walk next door to Calhoun’s Restaurant for some great bar-b-q. During nice weather, the back deck is open for dining. Be sure to ask for bread scraps to feed the ducks and carp from the deck. |
